With our advanced cloud-based SaaS platform, we create customised programs for our clients that engage their customers and motivate employees. 

We’re looking for a talented Account Executive to work with our Tier 1 clients. You’ll be managing the complete sales cycle - from canvassing new business and delivering demos, to closing deals and relationship management. You’ll also have the extra support from an SDR. This role will be 40% prospecting, 20% online demos and 40% F2F selling.

This is a unique opportunity to break into this space and develop some hot new skills in Reward and Recognition, Channel, Loyalty, Sales Incentive, Travel Incentive, Years of Service and Employee/Member Benefits.

In this role, you’ll be . . .

  • Developing and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Delivering demos that have been set up either by yourself or the SDR team
  • Onboarding, new accounts
  • Establishing relationships with C-Suite, Sales Directors, HR Directors, Senior Marketers
  • Exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensuring continuous growth of accounts in your portfolio beyond the initial signage
To succeed in this role (and more importantly to enjoy it) you’ll need the following attributes:
  • A technical mindset - SaaS background isn’t necessary, but we’d like to see that you have some technical/software sales experience. 3 years+ would be great.
  • Great communication - you must be a natural relationship builder and be able to confidently hold your own with senior enterprise decision-makers.

  • Be available for interstate travel twice a month
