We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department

Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves


Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration

Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews

Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees

Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries


Requirements

Must posses a Degree in Administration or other Related certificates

Must be Smart

Ability to adapt and learn fast

Must have good communication skills.

Taking and delivering messages

Ensure accurate measurement of packages meant for shipment.

Inspect and confirm packages contents.

Requirements


Candidate must be a Male

Candidate muts be between 18-22 years

Must be an SSCE holder

2 years work experience.

Must live around Ajao Estate or relatively close.

Must have good communication skill, neat and presentable.


Salary

₦40,000 – ₦50,000 Monthly.
